Questions travelers ask
Will I share the ride with other travelers?
No. Each booking is a private, direct ride. Nobody else is picked up and the van never detours to other resorts, so there is no waiting for it to fill.
Do I pay the full fare when I book?
No. Reserve online with a $1 booking fee. The balance is due at pickup, in cash or by card. You can also choose to prepay online.
Is gratuity included?
Your confirmation shows the fare plus a 20% driver gratuity. If you prepay online, the gratuity is included.
Which airports do you serve?
We serve LAX, Long Beach Airport (LGB) and John Wayne Airport (SNA), and we go to the Disneyland Resort area, Anaheim hotels and the cruise ports.
What happens if my flight lands early or late?
We follow your flight in real time, so your driver is ready when you land. If anything else changes, send us a text.
Do you provide car seats?
Yes. We install infant, toddler and booster seats before pickup. Car seats are $10 per seat, each way.
How many people fit in a van?
Our largest van carries up to 9 passengers. For bigger groups we send more vans on the same schedule.
Can you handle a convention or large group?
Yes. We coordinate several vans with one quote for your whole group.
What is your cancellation policy?
Email us at least 12 hours before pickup to cancel and receive a full refund. Cruise rides need 24 hours notice.
What happens if I do not show up?
If you do not show up for your pickup, the full fare for each way of your ride may be charged to the card on file.
How early should I leave for the airport?
Plan to arrive about 2 hours before your flight at Long Beach, John Wayne and LAX domestic, and about 3 hours before LAX international flights. We add the drive time.
How much notice do you need for a booking?
Online bookings need at least 4 hours notice. For a sooner ride, call or text us.
Do you go to the cruise ports?
Yes. We serve the Long Beach and San Pedro cruise terminals from Disneyland, the airports and your hotel, and back again.
