Good to know before you ride
Will I share the ride with other travelers?
No. Each booking is a private ride. The vehicle is reserved for your party only, with no extra pickups and no detours to other resorts.
How does payment work?
Reserve online with a $1 booking fee. The balance is due at pickup, in cash or by card, or you can prepay online. Your confirmation shows the fare plus a 20% driver gratuity, and the gratuity is included if you prepay.
Which airports do you serve for Disneyland?
We drive between the Disneyland Resort area and John Wayne Airport (SNA), Long Beach Airport (LGB) and Los Angeles International (LAX). John Wayne is the closest to the parks. Long Beach is small and quick, and LAX has the most flight choices.
How will I find my driver at the airport?
Your driver tracks your flight and is there when you land. Pickup spots differ by airport, so we send the details for yours before your trip, and you can read them any time on the How It Works page. LAX pickups can take up to 20 minutes after you reach the curb. If you cannot spot your driver, call or text (714) 886-9319.
What happens if my flight lands early or late?
We follow your flight, so the driver adjusts to your real arrival time at no extra charge. If your plans change in another way, text us and we will sort it out.
Do you provide car seats?
Yes, and it is our specialty. Infant (rear-facing), toddler (forward-facing) and booster seats are fitted in the van before your driver arrives. Car seats are $10 each. Tell us your children’s ages when you book and we will bring the right ones.
How many people fit in one van?
Up to 9 passengers ride in one van, with room for luggage. Bigger family reunions, conventions or school groups can request a quote and we will send more vans on the same schedule.
Do you offer cruise port pickups?
Yes. Pickups are available at the Long Beach Cruise Terminal and the Los Angeles World Cruise Port in San Pedro. Debarkation times vary, so your driver watches the ship and meets you when you are ready. Cruise rides need 24 hours notice to change or cancel.
How early should I leave for my flight home?
Plan to be at the airport about 2 hours before departure at John Wayne, Long Beach and LAX domestic, and about 3 hours before LAX international flights. We build the drive time into your pickup, and we confirm the details the day before.
How much notice do you need, and are you open late?
Online bookings need at least 4 hours notice. For anything sooner, call or text (714) 886-9319 and we will do our best. We run 24 hours a day, seven days a week when you reserve ahead, so early flights and late arrivals are no problem.
What is your cancellation policy?
Email us at least 12 hours before pickup to cancel and receive a full refund. Cruise rides need 24 hours notice. If you do not show up for your pickup, the fare for each way of the ride may be charged to the card on file.
Do you take guests to Disneyland hotels and the park entrance? Are you part of Disney?
We drop off at Anaheim hotels, the Disneyland Resort entrance, vacation rentals and homes. We are an independent transportation company and are not affiliated with or endorsed by The Walt Disney Company.
